Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, listings, payments, and transactions made through Dottable Inc. (“Dottable,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds, credits, or proration for partially used subscription periods, unused features, or early cancellations.
This applies to all types of payments, including subscriptions, listing fees, featured placements, and other paid services.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until then.
After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
3. Platform Fees & Revenue Sharing
Dottable charges a 30% service fee on all revenue generated through the platform, including but not limited to:
Directory listings
Featured placements
Sponsored banners
Other revenue streams facilitated by the platform
The remaining 70% of revenue is paid out to the influencer, partner, or account holder, subject to payout schedules and applicable transaction fees.
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this revenue-sharing model.
4. Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by a user, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account.
Users remain responsible for any unpaid balances, fees, or costs associated with the chargeback.
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain Services at any time, with or without notice.
Such changes do not entitle users to refunds or credits.
